November 2021 Honorable Mention

As the holidays approach, this month's honorable mention recipe, submitted to our contest  by chef Kim Van Dunk, is a way to add a special, fun, unique and delicious touch to your dinner parties!

The aromas filling your kitchen as the bacon and then the biscuits bake, and the richly cheesy, super flaky Mediterranean flavor experience will make you swoon.

Chef Kim has added a compound butter with overtones of lemon and pesto, which pair amazingly well with our sun dried tomatoes.
