December 2022 Honorable Mention Recipe!

The Bella Sun Luci Recipe Contest’s Honorable Mention Recipe for December 2022 is a seriously delicious and deeply satisfying example of why, at first glance, it’s so hard for us to judge our contest’s hundreds of recipe entries.

After cooking and eating this simply composed, yet pleasingly complicated flavor-aganza, both easy and fun to make, and I have to say technically perfect Greek, Bacon, Feta, and Sun Dried Tomato Quiche invented by Kadija Bridgewater, we all realized that it may be the best quiche we’ve ever had.

In fact, it we loved it so much that yesterday, for our executive assistant’s mom’s 80th birthday party for 100 people, I cooked TWENTY of them! And they came out PERFECT!
