Sun Dried Tomato Smokey Dip Three Ways
- 16 oz sour cream
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3.5 bag Bella Sun Luci Slow Roasted Smokey Sun Dried Tomato Snacks
- ½ cup green onions
- Pinch salt pepper
- Diced bacon as a topping for potatoes
- In a blender or food processor add sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Bella Sun Luci Slow Roasted Smokey Sun Dried Tomatoes, green onions and salt.
- Pulse until well combined.
- Serve as a dip, topping for salmon or the meat of your choice, or toss with boiled or roasted potatoes for a rich and flavorful potato salad.
