Chef Miguel has entered a creative burger with sun dried tomatoes both in the patty and in the aioli that goes on the bun, an innovative twist on the special sauce. Bravo chef Miguel! Cooking this recipe was so much fun! We substituted brie and caramelized onion to introduce more Mediterranean flavor to the dish. As you are the Chef of your own meals, do not hesitate to be creative and add your own twists to each meal.
