Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette with Wildflower Honey

Based on the dressing our family has shared around the table in Sonoma for generations, this bright vinaigrette combines estate-grown olive oil with Meyer lemon, California honey, white wine vinegar and a touch of aged balsamic. The only oil in the bottle is olive oil—never seed oils. Drizzle it over salads, vegetables and grain bowls, or use it as a marinade for chicken, fish and seafood.
