Ingredients
- Bread of your choice
- 1 ball of burrata mozzarella
- Red Onion, thinly sliced
- Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Salmon
- Dill
Directions
- Begin by toasting your bread until golden brown.
- Spread burrata mozzarella evenly on the toasted bread to your liking.
- Cut the Salmon into thin slices and arrange them on top of the burrata.
- Top the salmon with thin slices of red onion.
- Drain the Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes from the olive oil.
- Scatter the sun dried tomatoes over the salmon.
