Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice 
  • 1 ball of burrata mozzarella 
  • Red Onion, thinly sliced 
  • Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper 
  • Salmon 
  • Dill

Directions

  1. Begin by toasting your bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread burrata mozzarella evenly on the toasted bread to your liking.
  3. Cut the Salmon into thin slices and arrange them on top of the burrata.
  4. Top the salmon with thin slices of red onion.
  5. Drain the Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes from the olive oil.
  6. Scatter the sun dried tomatoes over the salmon. 
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste.
