Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry
- Brie Cheese
- Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta
- Fresh Basil
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Roll out the pastry and brush with whisked egg wash.
- Slice the pastry in half and place one on top of the other.
- Then cut into small squares.
- Place each square on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Top each square with brie and place back in the oven for 2 minutes for the cheese to melt.
- Add a scoop of Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomato bruschetta to each piece.
- Garnish with a tiny piece of basil and serve!
