Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry 
  • Brie Cheese 
  • Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta 
  • Fresh Basil 
  • 1 egg 

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Roll out the pastry and brush with whisked egg wash. 
  3. Slice the pastry in half and place one on top of the other.
  4. Then cut into small squares.
  5. Place each square on a baking sheet. 
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. 
  7. Top each square with brie and place back in the oven for 2 minutes for the cheese to melt. 
  8. Add a scoop of Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomato bruschetta to each piece.
  9. Garnish with a tiny piece of basil and serve!
