Ingredients

  • 2 large Pita Breads 
  • 3 tablespoons Pesto 
  • ½ cup Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • ¼ cupe Pine Nuts 
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • Olive Oil 
  • Salt 

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Place the pits on a baking sheet
  3. Prepare the pita by lightly coating it with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt 
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown 
  5. Once the pita cools slightly, cut it into tree-shaped triangles
  6. Add a layer of pesto to each slice of the cooked pita 
  7. Decorate your Christmas tress with chopped sun dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and freshly grated parmesan 
  8. Serve your festive appetizers
