Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice 
  • Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta with Italian Basil Sun Dried Tomato 
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil 
  • Green Sprouts  

Directions

  1. Begin by toasting the bread of your choice until golden brown.
  2. Evenly spread Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta on the toasted bread.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and slice the avocado.
  4. Layer the slices on top of the bruschetta. 
  5. Set the assembled toast aside while you fry your egg. 
  6. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of Bella Sun Luci olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Crack an egg into the saucepan and cook to your desire.
  8. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado and bruschetta. 
  9. Finish with some fresh green sprouts.
