Sun Dried Tomato Bloody Mary Mix
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz Bella Sun Luci Bloody Mary Mix
- Ice cubes
- Sun dried tomato Tuscan Rub Seasoning Blend (for rimming the glass)
- Salami slices
- Mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves
- Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves
- Lemon wedge
- Green olive
- Celery stalk
Directions
- Begin by rimming the glass: Take the sun dried tomato Tuscan Rub Seasoning Blend and pour it onto a small plate. Wet the rim of the glass by rubbing it with a lemon wedge. Then, gently dip the rim into the seasoning blend, coating it evenly. Set aside.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. This will ensure your Bloody Mary stays chilled.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka and Bella Sun Luci Bloody Mary Mix. Shake well to thoroughly mix the ingredients.
- Pour the Bloody Mary mixture over the ice in the prepared glass, leaving some room at the top for garnishes.
- Skewer a salami slice, mozzarella ball, fresh basil leaf, and a sun dried tomato onto a wooden skewer. Place the skewer across the rim of the glass, allowing the garnishes to rest on top.
- Squeeze a wedge of lemon into the drink, and drop the wedge into the glass.
- Add a green olive to the skewer and place it next to the other garnishes.
- Finally, insert a celery stalk into the glass, allowing it to stand upright.
- Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the flavors if desired.
