Balsamic Harvest Salad


Flavors fit for a celebration, the ruby red pomegranate seeds and golden nuts add just the right amount of crunch to this fall themed salad. Our vinaigrette’s 5 year aged balsamic vinegar from Italy compliments the tender greens and creamy feta. The quintessential holiday salad has bright flavors from seasonal persimmons and sweet dried craisins.

  • 2 handfuls spring mix
  • 1 handful baby leaf spinach
  • 1 large green apple
  • 1 large fuyu persimmon
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ c Gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • Bella Sun Luci 100% Olive Oil Balsamic Vinaigrette with Sweet & Fragrant Aged Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Place spring mix and spinach in a medium sized bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Prepare the apple and persimmon by slicing into thin wedges, then layer the cut wedges around the bed of greens.
  3. Next, garnish the greens and fruit wedge mix with pomegranate seeds, Gorgonzola, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.
  4. To finish, drizzle on the Balsamic Vinaigrette to dress the salad.
