Directions

  1. Begin by making a salami rose for the centerpiece of your charcuterie board.
  2. Make the rose by taking a small glass and stacking slices of salami around the rim in a spiral shape, gently overlapping each slice.
  3. Once you've created the rose, place the rose in the center of your board and carefully lift the glass off.
  4. Make roses out of the provolone cheese by layering slices on top of each other and then rolling them up.
  5. Place these around the salami.
  6. Now, cut out a heart in a small block of brie and fill with Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta.
  7. Arrange strawberries cut into hearts around one corner of your board.
  8. Arrange prosciutto in a bunched up L shape on your charcuterie board.
  9. Place Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves on your board.
  10. Begin filling the empty space on your board with cherries, raspberries, grapes, crackers, and assorted desserts around everything else.
  11. Make sure that your charcuterie board is filled with delicious products, and enjoy it with your loved ones.
