Ingredients

  • 16 oz hummus
  • 8 pita bread slices
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced into nickel-sized pieces
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomatoes in premium oil, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp reserved sun dried tomato oil

Directions

  1. Cut the pita bread into smaller triangles.
  2. Start with a clean platter or board.
  3. Spread the hummus on one half of the board, lengthwise.
  4. Place the cut pita bread in a stack on the other half of the board.
  5. Garnish the hummus with cucumber, red onion, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  6. Drizzle the reserved sun dried tomato oil over the top of the hummus.
