Here at Bella Sun Luci, we love a loaded board. As always, we recommend using this recipe as a guide to building a flavorful mix for guests to enjoy. Feel free to add or substitute any ingredients that you may not feel suite your crowd. Our inspiration for this board came from the spring season of with its light colors. Its easy to grab-and-go snack style makes it perfect for an outdoor celebration where activities like an egg hunt are present. Dependent on your board size please adjust quantities of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large board
  • Mini carrots
  • 2 different types Artisan Crackers
  • Brie wedge
  • Apricot cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Salami
  • Dried apricots
  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Goat cheese log
  • Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves
  • Persian cucumbers
  • Rosemary macadamias
  • Mandarin oranges
  • Pear, sliced
  • Pecans halves
  • Dried orange slices
  • Butter lettuce
  • Raspberries
  • Mini corn
  • Sugar snap peas

  • Fresh Herbs for Garnish

Directions

  1. Make sure your board or surface is clean and clear.
  2. Beginning with our homemade sun dried tomato hummus recipe here. Add a bowl of the flavorful dip to the center of the board.
  3. Next place your butter lettuce down. We opted for the full head with partial piece lining the outmost edge of the board.
  4. Layout your cheese in a triangle shape from one another so each direction of the board has a tasty option.
  5. Follow the same discipline around the board with grouping of each ingredient. Bunch these ingredients in close to make for a full board.
  6. Arrange mini carrots, mini sweet peppers, persian cucumbers, and sugar snap Peas in separate groupings.
  7. Place salami slices in a folded or rolled arrangement.
  8. Distribute dried fruits such as dried apricots, blueberries, dried orange slices, and mandarin orange slices around the board.
  9. Scatter pecans and rosemary macadamias for texture and crunch.
  10. Add slices of pear and raspberries for freshness and color and include Mini Corn for variety.
  11. Arrange Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves in between any items to fill in spaces.
  12. Top the wedge of brie with Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta.
  13. Garnish any empty spaces on the board with fresh herbs for an elegant finish.
  14. Once all ingredients are arranged, your charcuterie board is ready to serve.
