Ingredients

  • Bella Sun Luci California Vinaigrette 
  • 12 oz Green Beans 
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries 
  • 1 cup Candied Pecans 
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese 

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. While you are waiting for the water to boil, remove the stem ends of the green beans.
  3. Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes).
  4. Prepare a large bowl of ice water. 
  5. Transfer the green beans with a slotted spoon from the boiling water to the ice water to stop the cooking process.
  6. Once the green beans have cooled drain the water. 
  7. Plate the green beans and toss in Bella Sun Luci California Vinaigrette. 
  8. Top with dried cranberries, candied pecans, and feta cheese. 
  9. Enjoy!
