California Vinaigrette Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- Bella Sun Luci California Vinaigrette
- 12 oz Green Beans
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Candied Pecans
- ½ cup Feta Cheese
Directions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- While you are waiting for the water to boil, remove the stem ends of the green beans.
- Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook until tender-crisp (3-5 minutes).
- Prepare a large bowl of ice water.
- Transfer the green beans with a slotted spoon from the boiling water to the ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Once the green beans have cooled drain the water.
- Plate the green beans and toss in Bella Sun Luci California Vinaigrette.
- Top with dried cranberries, candied pecans, and feta cheese.
