Packed with bold flavors from our sun dried tomato chipotle spread,  tany goat cheese, and creamy cream cheese, these cheese balls are coated in three different types of seasoning for extra color and taste.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Chipotle Spread
  • Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Tuscan Rub 
  • Italian Seasoning 
  • Paprika 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Chipotle Spread. 
  2. Mix until smooth and well blended. 
  3. Roll this mixture into small shaped balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  4. Coat each ball in the seasoning of your choice. We coated our pumpkins in paprika, Italian seasoning, and Bella Sun Luci Tuscan Rub. 
  5. Use cotton twine to make small indentations around each ball to give them the pumpkin shape. 
  6. Stick a pretzel stick on the top of each cheese ball to create the "stem."
  7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
  8. Serve with crackers or bread and enjoy!
