Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb of spaghetti
- 1 lb block of feta cheese
- 1 16 oz jar Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil with Italian Herbs
- 1 c pitted green olives
- 1 c artichoke hearts
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- ⅓ c Bella Sun Luci Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place block of feta in baking dish. Place sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and green olives around the feta. Mix in a small bowl the olive oil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour olive oil and herb mixture over feta and tomatoes, artichokes and olives.
Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes. Boil pasta for 7-10 minutes until al dente. Coat pasta with a little olive oil so it doesn't stick together. Place a slice of the baked feta and a scoop of the olive, tomatoes and artichoke mixture on top of pasta. Top fresh parsley and serve.
