Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled
 - 1 jar Bella Sun Luci Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes
 - 2 tablespoons Bella Sun Luci sun dried tomato olive oil (from jar)
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - ½ cup dry white wine
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - Zest of 1 lemon
 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 - ¼ cup parsley, chopped
 - ½ lb angel hair pasta
 - Freshly grated parmesan
 
Directions
- In a large pot, boil water.
 - Add and cook pasta for the time listed on the box.
 - Keep ½ a cup of pasta water, then drain
 - In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat 1 teaspoon of the sun dried tomato olive oil.
 - Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
 - Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until fully cooked and then remove.
 - In the same skillet, add the remaining teaspoon of olive oil.
 - Add garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until fragrant.
 - Add Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes.
 - Pour in white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
 - Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and butter.
 - Once the butter is melted, add the shrimp back to the skillet.
 - Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water and mix everything.
 - Sprinkle parsley and parmesan on top.
