Mediterranean Skewers with Sonoma Vinaigrette

  • 2 c kalamata olives
  • 1 package cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 - 3 oz bag Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves 
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 - 8 oz package mini mozzarella balls
  • 12 salami slices (folded or rolled)
  • 2 c green olives
  • 1 c Bella Sun Luci Sonoma Vinaigrette
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked for 30 minutes in water


  1. Thread the skewers in the following order: Kalamata olive, cheese tortellini, sun dried tomato half, fresh basil leaf, mini mozzarella ball, folded or rolled salami slice, and a green olive.
  2. Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.  Then just before serving, drizzle the Bella Sun Luci Sonoma vinaigrette over the skewers. You can use a spoon to evenly distribute the vinaigrette.
