Ingredients
- Shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- Olive bread
- Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil
- Salt
- Bella Sun Luci Brushchetta
- Fresh basil leaves
- Oven-safe silicone molds
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees farenheight.
- Fill oven-safe silicone molds with shredded mozzarella.
- Place oven molds in the oven until the cheese is fully melted.
- Let molds cool.
- Prepare the olive bread by cutting it in half.
- Drizzle olive oil on each side of the bread and sprinkle with salt.
- Toast bread in the oven until golden brown. Flip once for even color.
- Once cooled, push the mozzarella bites out of the mold and set aside.
- Assemble each bruschetta bite.
- Cut the bread into smaller pieces and spread a layer of Bruschetta on each piece.
- Top with one of your cheese molds and fresh basil.
