Ingredients

  • 1 Bag or Container of Mixed Greens 
  • 1 Apple, sliced 
  • 1 Pear, sliced
  • 1 Persimmon, cubed 
  • 1 cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Candied Pecans 
  • 1 Block of Mozzarella 
  • Halloween or fall-inspired molds 
  • Salt and Pepper  

Directions

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and disperse your pumpkin seeds on this sheet. 
  3. Drizzle Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil over the pumpkin seeds and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. In your molds, press mozzarella cheese into each shape.
  6. Place your molds on a baking sheet and then in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until melted.
  7. In a bowl, combine apple, pear, persimmon, and pecans. 
  8. Place your mozzarella cheese molds on the salad.
  9. Sprinkle your roasted pumpkin seeds.
  10. Finally, drizzle with Bella Sun Luci Balsamic Salad Dressing.
