Ingredients
- Homemade or refrigerated Crescent roll dough
- 1 egg
- Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil
- Pepperoni
- Salami
- Grapes
- Cheese
- Apples
- Pear
- Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomato Halves
- Pistachios
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Roll the dough 1/4 inch thin or unroll from the can.
- Cut into roughly 1/4 inch thick strips.
- Using foil, start at a corner and mold into a cornucopia shape.
- Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Starting at the point of the cornucopia, start wrapping the foil in the same direction, connecting each piece in a spiral design.
- Use an egg wash to attach the spiraled dough over the last layer. Then apply the egg wash over the entire cornucopia.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
- Once cooled, begin filling each Cornucopia Cup with your desired ingredients. We used the ingredients listed above.
