Champagne Pear & Burrata Insalata

Summer evenings call for simple pairings. Fresh pears, burrata, and prosciutto, garnished with red pepper flakes, and sweet basil, all elevated by a drizzle of our Champagne Vinaigrette!

Champagne Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 whole fresh pears
- 8oz prosciutto
- 6oz burrata
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 c Bella Sun Luci Champagne inaigrette
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Slice the pears lengthwise into 1/4-inch wide slices. Plate the pears on the serving plate.
- Tear the prosciutto and burratta into bite-sized pieces. Plate the proscitto and burratta.
- Garnish the plate with red pepper flakes, basil leaves, and drizzle champagne vinaigrette.
