Ingredients

  • 2 whole fresh pears
  • 8oz prosciutto
  • 6oz burrata
  • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 c Bella Sun Luci Champagne inaigrette
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Slice the pears lengthwise into 1/4-inch wide slices. Plate the pears on the serving plate.
  2. Tear the prosciutto and burratta into bite-sized pieces. Plate the proscitto and burratta.
  3. Garnish the plate with red pepper flakes, basil leaves, and drizzle champagne vinaigrette.
