These savory Salami Cups make an easy appetizer packed with bold Mediterranean flavor. Thin slices of salami are pressed into mini muffin tins and baked until crisp, forming perfectly bite-sized edible cups. Once cooled, they’re filled with a flavorful mixture of artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, and olives. Finished with a touch of honey and chopepd walnuts, these bites are simple to assemble and great for any gathering or holiday spread.

Ingredients

  • Salami, sliced very thinly 
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 
  • ½ cup Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained from Olive Oil, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped 
  • Thyme leaves 
  • Honey 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Press the salami slices into mini muffin tins. 
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, until crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and transfer the salami cups to a drying rack. 
  5. In a small bowl, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped sun dried tomatoes, and feta cheese.
  6. Spoon the filling into each salami cup. 
  7. Place each salami bite on a platter and garnish with honey, chopped walnuts, and basil.
