Crispy Prosciutto Wrapped Boursin

Overview

These Prosciutto-Wrapped Boursin Bites are a savory appetizer that couldn’t be easier to prepare. Thin slices of Boursin cheese and sun-dried tomatoes are tucked inside delicate prosciutto, then wrapped into neat little bundles and baked until crisp and golden. A drizzle of olive oil helps them crisp in the oven, while a touch of honey added after baking creates the perfect sweet-savory balance. Finished with an extra spoonful of sun-dried tomatoes, these warm, melty bites make an elegant addition to any holiday platter. Enjoy!
