  • 4 c bread (French or Italian bread works well), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ c Bella Sun Luci Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Tuscan Rub Seasoning


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes. Stale bread works best for croutons as it holds its shape and absorbs flavors well.
  3. Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the oil over the bread cubes, ensuring that all the pieces are well coated. Toss the cubes gently to distribute the oil and seasoning evenly.
  4. Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy. Stir the croutons halfway through the baking time for even toasting.
  5. Allow the croutons to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They will become crispier as they cool. Serve on salads, soups, or enjoy them as a crunchy snack.
