- 4 c bread (French or Italian bread works well), cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ c Bella Sun Luci Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Tuscan Rub Seasoning
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes. Stale bread works best for croutons as it holds its shape and absorbs flavors well.
- Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the oil over the bread cubes, ensuring that all the pieces are well coated. Toss the cubes gently to distribute the oil and seasoning evenly.
