Ingredients

  • 8-10 oz baby spinach 
  • 1 green pear 
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • cup candied pecans
  • ¼ cup Gorgonzola  
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios 
  • Microgreens for garnish 
  • Bella Sun Luci Sonoma Vinaigrette 

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the baby spinach as the base.
  2. Arrange the pear and cucumber slices evenly over the spinach.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola, candied pecans, and pistachios over the salad.
  4. Top with fresh microgreens.
  5. Dress with Bella Sun Luci Sonoma Vinaigrette and serve!
