Ingredients

  • Honeydew
  • Cantaloupe 
  • Round Mozzarella Balls
  • Prosciutto
  • Fresh Basil 
  • Bella Sun Luci Balsamic Vinaigrette 

Directions

  1. Slice each melon in half and remove the seeds. 
  2. Using a melon baller, scoop the melon into bite-sized balls. 
  3. Arrange the melon balls, fresh mozzarella, and thinly sliced prosciutto on a serving platter. 
  4. Before serving, drizzle generously with Bella Sun Luci Balsamic Vinaigrette. 
  5. Garnish with fresh basil.
